Accessibility Introduction

For several decades, San Francisco Pride has been committed to ensuring that people with disabilities have equal access to and equal participation in the annual Pride Celebration and Parade.

The San Francisco Bay Area has been on the forefront of the disability movement since the 1970s, and SF Pride is proud to recognize the importance of providing access to all members of our community, including those with particular accessibility needs.  Our accessibility services include sign language interpretation at the parade and at celebration stages and wheelchair access at the grandstands along the parade route as well as at the main stage.

Volunteer for the Accessibility Team

The Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Gathering Space is recruiting volunteers to work with attendees who are Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, or who have a disability.  If you would like to volunteer for the Accessibility Crew, please email us for more information.
