General
This information is provided to potential Donation Partners in anticipation of frequently asked questions and should be read in conjunction with the more general notes entitled Community Partner Program General Information 2007.

Please read this information carefully before completing the 2007 Community Partner Application Form. All questions should be directed to Brendan Behan by email or by calling (415) 864-0831 Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The San Francisco LGBT Pride Celebration Committee will heretofore be referred to by the abbreviation SFLGBTPCC.

Finance
Once the gross receipts from the donation barrels have been counted, a statement will be prepared detailing the 50% share due to all Donation Partners once operational costs (e.g., stickers, buckets, promotional materials, etc.) have been deducted from the net amount. Each individual organization's share of the 50% of net revenue will be determined on the basis of the number of volunteer hours supplied. Donations supervisors will earn additional hour credits for their work but most also attend additional training.

The statement and check will be presented to your nominated representative at the Community Partners Check Granting Party to be held no later than August 31, 2007. For organizations that do not send a representative to the party, checks will be delivered by U.S. post to the most current address on file no later than September 15, 2007.

Eligibility for the program is based on available space in relation to the number of applications received.
