Applications for media credentials for the 2012 SF Pride Celebration & Parade are now being accepted. To obtain credentials at the annual event, media must register for credentials online:

Applications for media credentials for the 2012 SF Pride Celebration and Parade are made available at our annual Media Party, which is our annual Pride Kickoff Party on Thursday, June 21 at CLIFT on 495 Geary Street in the heart of downtown San Francisco. Your completed media application guarantees your admission.

The Pride team along with our 2012 Grand Marshals, including Celebrity Grand Marshals, will be in attendance. The Media Party is well attended by LGBT community leaders, celebrities, elected leaders, as well as many other members of the 2012 event.

Media representatives in attendance will have access to up-to-the-minute announcements and media statements for the 2012 Celebration and Parade as well as photo opportunities.

On-Site Media Credentialing

June 23-24

Media credentials will be issued to media representatives on-site at the Pride Celebration in Civic Center on June 25-26, 2011, and at the Parade staging area. Please be prepared to show identification when you check in.

Media credentials and other media information for the event will be distributed on-site at:

  • The Pride Celebration Media Booth in Civic Center at the corner of Polk & Grove on Saturday, June 23, 2012, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and on Sunday, June 24 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • The Pride Parade Media Booth at 77 Beale Street on the morning of the Parade, Sunday, June 24, 2012, from 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
